Jana

Practice Director

Jana was born and raised in Sugar Land and has been professionally involved in the dental field for more than 30 years. She has worked as a dental practice consultant: building dental practices from the ground up. As our manager and patient care coordinator, along with having her RDA, she has taken on a large role here at Lemke Orthodontics. We could not be happier to have her on our team! Jana believes there is nothing like the satisfied look on patients’ faces when they’ve navigated through the sometimes-confusing world of insurance and financing. With her quick wit and warm personality, she makes every person feel comfortable in our office.

In her free time, Jana enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and fur babies.

Deidra

Scheduling Coordinator

Deidra is not only the friendly voice that answers your phone calls, but the face that greets you when you walk in the front door. With more than 20 years in the dental field, her knowledge covers all aspects of dental care. She was introduced to dentistry at a young age, because her father was a periodontist in the Houston area.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her three children and her husband. She is a graduate of Clements High School in Sugar Land.

Amaya

Marketing / Treatment Coordinator

Amaya has more than 12 years of customer service experience and has been a part of the Lemke Orthodontics team since the summer of 2014. She prides herself on treating each patient as if they were her own family. Her role at Lemke Orthodontics is to educate you about your treatment, make treatment financially accessible, schedule appointments, and ensure your care is a great experience overall. She loves to build friendships with patients as they grow in our practice and show them why Lemke Orthodontics is a place to call home.

Lacey

Treatment Coordinator

Lacey has been in dentistry for more than ten years now. She has general, surgical, and orthodontic experience. Her favorite thing about being in the dental field is the interaction with patients and watching their reactions when their life is changed by the smile we helped to create.

Lacey was raised in Navasota and moved to Houston almost a decade ago. She has two dogs and a growing family. She loves to spend her off time at the farm in Navasota.

Janet

Orthodontic Assistant

Janet is a Texas state registered dental assistant and has worked in orthodontics since 2012. She has been a member of the Lemke Team since 2013. She enjoys orthodontics because it gives her the opportunity to uplift people’s self-esteem and self-confidence by creating beautiful smiles. Janet is fluent in English and Spanish and is available to translate.

Jessica

Orthodontic Assistant

Jessica has been in the orthodontics field since 1999. She loves getting to know the patients and seeing them transform. To watch our patients grow and accomplish their goals in time brings her joy.

Kim

Orthodontic Assistant

Kim has been in the orthodontic field for nearly a decade. She is an energetic assistant who likes putting our newest patients at ease and making them comfortable with laughs.

In her free time, Kim enjoys working out and spending time outdoors with her two children, Devin and Breanna.

Celeste

Orthodontic Assistant

Celeste is the newest addition to our team; she is friendly and cheerful. Celeste is always ready to help and make sure our patients leave satisfied with their appointment.
