Practice Director
Jana was born and raised in Sugar Land and brings more than 30 years of professional experience in the dental field to our team. As a dental practice consultant, she has successfully built dental practices from the ground up. We are thrilled to have Jana at Lemke Orthodontics, where she serves as our manager and patient care coordinator, as well as a registered dental assistant (RDA). Jana’s expertise and dedication play a vital role in our practice. She finds great satisfaction in helping patients navigate the often-confusing world of insurance and financing, ensuring they leave with a smile on their face. We know our patients benefit greatly from her extensive knowledge and compassionate care. Known for her quick wit and warm personality, Jana creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes everyone feel at ease in our office. She is truly a mentor and the glue that holds our team together.
In her free time, Jana enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and fur babies.
Victoria
Lead Orthodontic Assistant
Victoria is the lead orthodontic assistant at Lemke Orthodontics, bringing more than 15 years of dedicated experience to her role. Known for her patience, kindness, and unwavering commitment to making patients happy, Victoria is an essential part of the team. As the lead orthodontics assistant, Victoria’s responsibilities include overseeing the clinical team, preparing patients for procedures, and assisting Dr. Lemke. Victoria’s approach to patient care is rooted in her genuine desire to make every patient feel comfortable and valued. Her calm and kind demeanor helps alleviate patient anxieties, making each visit a positive experience. She finds great joy in seeing the confidence that a beautiful smile can bring to her patients, and she is deeply committed to their overall well-being.
Outside of her professional role, Victoria enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Marketing / Treatment Coordinator
Jennifer has more than 17 years of sales and marketing experience and has been a part of the Lemke Orthodontics team since the spring of 2021. She is dedicated to enhancing the reputation of our orthodontics practice through effective digital marketing techniques. She is committed to connecting with various groups within our community and showcasing the transformative power of orthodontic care. Her role on the treatment side at Lemke Orthodontics is to educate you about your treatment, make treatment financially accessible, schedule appointments, and ensure your care is a great experience overall. She loves to build friendships with patients as they grow in our practice.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending time with her loved ones. She places her children, Julia and Dylan, as her top priority. She is wholeheartedly committed to guiding and supporting them in their daily activities.
Kimberly
Treatment Coordinator
Kimberly is your dedicated partner in achieving the smile of your dreams. As one of the treatment coordinators at Lemke Orthodontics, she brings years of orthodontic experience, extensive knowledge, and genuine care to her role. Kimberly is passionate about oral health and committed to personalized patient care. Her mission is to empower individuals to embrace their smiles with confidence. Kimberly excels in treatment planning, patient education, financial consultation, appointment coordination, and patient support and care. Kimberly is here to answer your questions, address your concerns, and provide the support needed for informed decisions about your oral health.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, sewing, and gardening. Her first grandson has recently joined her family, and most certainly has captured her heart.
Lucy
Treatment Coordinator
Lucy has 20 years of experience as an orthodontic assistant. She is committed to providing the best care for our patients. Lucy loves engaging with our patients to ensure they feel comfortable and happy throughout their treatment. As a treatment coordinator, her mission is to help and guide new patients on their smile journey.
Originally from Brazil, Lucy enjoys beach outings and making bead bracelets in her free time. She is also a proud mom to two adorable furry babies, Peppa and Pinky. Lucy is a two-time breast cancer survivor, and her story is her inspiration. She shares her journey to create hope and raise awareness, dedicated to spreading smiles and encouraging new beginnings.
Kim
Orthodontic Assistant
Kim is an experienced orthodontic assistant who has been dedicated to her profession for over 15 years. Her favorite part of her job is witnessing the life-changing transformations that orthodontic treatment can bring to our patients. Kim's expertise and compassionate approach ensure that each patient receives exceptional care throughout their orthodontic journey. She finds great joy in seeing the confidence and happiness that a new smile can bring.
In her free time, Kim loves spending quality moments with her family. She enjoys going to the gym with her husband and cheering on her stepchildren at their sports events. Additionally, Kim has a special place in her heart for her adorable puppy, Duke, who she proudly admits is her most favorite companion.

Orthodontic Assistant
Celeste is one of the dedicated orthodontic assistants at Lemke Orthodontics. With six years of experience in orthodontics, Celeste has witnessed countless transformations in patients' smiles, each one contributing to a remarkable boost in confidence. Her priority is ensuring that every patient leaves with a smile, happy and satisfied after each visit.
Outside of the clinic, Celeste finds joy in spending time outdoors with her two children. Whether it's exploring nature trails or simply enjoying a sunny day at the park, she values every moment shared with her family.
Arianna
Orthodontic Assistant
Arianna has been a part of the Lemke team for three years. She enjoys interacting with patients and building friendships that makes them feel like a part of the Lemke Family. She loves seeing the transformation of every patient’s smile along with a newly gained sense of confidence. Arianna is bilingual and is fluent in English and Spanish.
In her free time, Arianna dances for two teams, enjoys reading, going to the gym, and loves being involved in her church. Fun Fact: Arianna works with her mother, Victoria.

Santa is a dedicated and experienced orthodontic assistant who relocated to Texas from Denver, Colorado. With many years of expertise in orthodontics, Santa brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for patient care to our practice. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that each patient receives the highest standard of care throughout their orthodontic journey.
Outside of work, Santa loves spending quality time with her family and friends. Whether she’s exploring the local community, enjoying outdoor activities, or simply relaxing at home, Santa values the moments she shares with her loved ones.
George
Orthodontic Assistant
George joined Lemke Orthodontics almost a year ago, initially helping with sterilization. His dedication and enthusiasm quickly led him to progress to the role of orthodontic assistant. In his short time here, George has gained extensive knowledge and loves getting to know our patients, and truly enjoys witnessing the transformative impact orthodontic treatment has on their lives.
Outside of work, George is active in his church and Bible study group. He also enjoys working on cars and spending quality time with his friends and family.

Teresa, our newest team member, is quickly adapting to our patient-focused approach. Teresa has a natural talent for connecting with patients and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Denise
Scheduling Coordinator
Denise is the welcoming face at Lemke Orthodontics. With a warm smile and a friendly voice, she's the first person you'll encounter when you walk through our doors and the voice you'll hear on the phone. With two years of experience in dentistry, Denise finds joy in connecting with patients, making sure each interaction is pleasant and informative. She takes pride in ensuring scheduling runs smoothly, helping you find the perfect appointment that fits your busy schedule.
Outside of the office, Denise cherishes spending quality time with her friends and family. Whether it's enjoying a new movie or exploring new adventures, she embraces every moment with those she loves.
Erica
Sterilization Technician
Meet Erica, a sterilization tech with a background in dentistry and healthcare. With years of experience running her own dental practice in Brazil and serving over two decades in a trauma hospital, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role as a sterilization technician. As Dr. Lemke's mom, Erica instilled in her a passion for dentistry and a commitment to excellence. With her dedication to hygiene and safety, Erica plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff alike.
Outside of work, Erica treasures time spent with her three grandchildren, finds solace in her faith at church, and fuels her adventurous spirit through travel.
Samuel
Junior Assistant
Samuel is our enthusiastic part-time sterilizer, present during most emergency appointments at Lemke Orthodontics. Despite juggling his studies as an eighth grader, Samuel eagerly assists his mom, Dr. Lemke, while immersing himself in the world of orthodontics. His natural helpfulness and thirst for knowledge not only make him an invaluable team member, but also ensure he's always ready to lend a hand wherever needed.
Outside of the office, Samuel enjoys spending time with his friends, playing the violin, and exploring new places. Samuel also volunteers at his church in the LAB program. He is an avid LEGO builder, constructing intricate creations that showcase his creativity and attention to detail. Most of all, he enjoys the companionship of his beloved pets, Milo the cat and Toby the dog.
